Learn some new moves & practice strengthening in this fun aerial workshop style class. Step by step, move toward peak postures that require strength in the shoulders and core. This practice is suggested for intermediate students, those already comfortable with inversions and postures that require grips and pull ups such as shoulder stand or hanging straddle and squat. Fitness professionals and strength trainers without aerial experience may also dive into this practice. Beginners are welcome too! Just know that you're in for a fun, challenging, & also supportive class. Tap into strength and decompress with inversions.
