Aerial yoga & massage with hammocks set low like in Aerial Earth. As you breathe and rest in each posture, Jess offers massage and reflexology to the head, lower legs, feet, and arms/hands. Robin circulates to offer reiki, hands on or hovering. Receive alternating Reiki & massage!
