From feet on the ground to feet in the air, our aerial yoga classes welcome beginners & more experienced practitioners. Move, breathe, & swing with shoulder, chest & back openers, twists, core strengthening, inversions & rest in the hammocks.
Physical benefits may include spinal decompression, increased range of movement, circulatory, lymphatic, & endocrine system stimulation. Emotional effects may include building trust, confidence & self awareness, overcoming fears, increasing energetic flow & feelings of well being.
